Welcome to Caritas Bliss Eco Farm

Caritas Bliss Eco Farm is the pioneering demo farm of Caritas Manila under the YSLEP Agri (Gen.129) program. Established in 2020, it serves as a living classroom where Youth Servant Leaders (YSLEP scholars) learn modern farming, agribusiness, and sustainable food production.

2020

Gen.129 scholars began the development of the farm as part of their farm-lab experience.

2022

Recognized as Best Indigenous 4H Vegetable Garden and 2022 Provincial Outstanding Young Farmer Organization.(Youth Servant Leaders Young Farmer Association.S

2020–2024

19 produced full farm business plans and portfolios.

2024–2025

Expansion to hydroponics, mushroom farming, herbal teas, and nursery systems.

To form and empower young servant-leaders into skilled, values-driven, and sustainable young farmer-entrepreneurs, rooted in stewardship of creation and community service.

Provide a hands-on demo farm laboratory for scholars' academics and thesis.

Farming Systems & Practices

Crop Production

Roselle, basil, talinum, kamote, papaya, peanuts, native herbs, sili, and fruiting vegetables.

Hydroponics

Lettuce, kangkong, and leafy greens for thesis and continuous harvest cycles.

Mushroom Farming

Oyster mushroom production as an approved project across sites.

Nursery Production

Seedlings grown in recycled gallons and nursery sheds.

Herbal & Value-Added Products

Roselle tea, roselle kropek, turmeric, ginger, sambong, lagundi, mangosteen peel tea, basil tea, and more.

Organic Soil Practices

Use of rice hulls, composting, and natural inputs to enrich soil.

Stingless Bee Farming

Bee farming using coconut shell.

Water Systems

Water tower, heavy-duty pump, durable drums, improved irrigation.
